I jacked my car up and tried acetone paint thinner i tried to cool it and peel it off i tried to warm it and get it off. Toluene xylene or chlorinated solvents ie. Shut the engine off and spray the EZ-off on the stain. If this is a grocery store type of bag its typically polyethylene so youd need a solvent to melt it off.
