Does Ps4 Slim Have 60fps

New update lets you capture 1 hour of in game footage and i dont know if its 60 fps or not but the new update lets us stream in 60fps and thats on regular ps4i say depending on the game its might go up to 1080p 60fps on ps4 pro with better gpu and all.

Does ps4 slim have 60fps. From the AAA console-only titles I have played this gen on PS4 this is the worst I have seen. Its obvious that they have issues doing it on base consoles. I have been testing out some of PS4 games that can be replayed on PS5 at 60FPS. I would even say that performance in Valentine during day time weirdly. I dont even need 60fps.
